🕯 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy seasons, new launches, or festivals, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while your candles are made and packed with love.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Orders over $50 (before tax and discounts) ship free within the U.S.

⏰ Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

🚫 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Maritza’s Lovely Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this happens, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you in locating your package — your satisfaction matters to us!

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
